A healthy day should always start with a good-for-you breakfast. The magical moment that sets the tone for the rest of your day, fueling up in the morning helps to boost your metabolism, fires you up with energy and helps to nix pesky food cravings. If you’re skipping breakfast in a bid to save calories, you’re making a big mistake as research shows those of us who eat breakfast actually burn more calories throughout the day.

We’ve re-designed breakfast time so it’s easier to make healthy choices when you’re in a hurry. Our new 5 Grain Porridge is one of the main players on our breakfast menu. A delicious combination of five super grains, (jumbo oats, quinoa, barley, rye, buckwheat) which together form an exceptional source of fibre, this super-porridge pot is available in four equally delicious flavours – straight up with honey; banana, blueberry and honey; pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, cranberry and honey and strawberry, pomegranate and raspberry. Each variety is jam-packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to ensure a healthy kick-start.

When you’re pressed for time it can be hard to sit down and enjoy a proper breakfast, but instead of sidestepping your morning meal, grab one of our quick-fix Poached Egg Pots. Nutrient-dense and utterly scrumptious, they are the ideal pick-me-up to help you get through a busy morning. There’s three different varieties on offer which load in the health goodies: salmon & avocado, chorizo & chilli beans, and feta & spicy beans. Each pot is packed with protein – an important macronutrient which keeps you satisfied. Protein rich foods also take more work do digest which means you burn more calories processing them. Double bonus!

Lots of people think breakfast takes time, but our Create-Your-Own Breakfast Bowls are a super-quick way to make sure you glow from the inside out all day long. You choose your base from an assortment of grains and granola, select three healthy ingredients like fruit, nuts and seeds, add any topping from our menu and voila! Breakfast made simple.

We have to mention our Raw & Naked Smoothies as these are an easy way to have breakfast when you’re on the go. It takes us literally 30 seconds to blitz together antioxidant-rich ingredients like spinach, kale and blueberries into a seriously delicious smoothie which gives you an awesome dose of revitalising goodies.

And finally – we also have a sandwich and muffin menu which isn’t as virtuous as the rest of our breakfast menu, but hey we all need to indulge once in a while. Our Sandwich & Muffin menu features hot breakfast classics like bacon and egg or salmon to set you up for the day ahead. It’s the little things!
