Our wholesome and of course healthy soups are for those who love nothing more than the immediate pick-me-up. The menu changes every two weeks, offering a selection of gluten and dairy free options. We also always do a skinny soup, which is essentially a lighter twist on a range of recipes. They don’t lay on heaps of calories yet they pile in nutrients!

At Vital Ingredient we like to eat with the seasons. Our winter range includes comforting street food dishes from around the world that you can enjoy with your chosen base and topping, for lunch that’s designed by you.
Options include Brazilian pork feijoada, chilli con carne, Sri Lankan chicken, saag paneer, and Thai green chicken curry. You can choose any of these on bases such as brown rice, quinoa and buckwheat mix, super slaw, jacket potato, rice and slaw or grain mix and slaw – there is a combination for everyone, then just finish with your favourite toppings.
Our hot dishes have all been improved, with the saag panner containing 40% more paneer, the Thai curry has more chicken and black beans add an extra aspect to our chilli.

We shake up the good old jacket potato with a variety of healthy fillings. You can either create your own by choosing one healthy item from the deli counter, plus three items from the veg counter along with your favourite dressing – or simply pick a healthy hot stew filling of your choice from our street food menu. The choice is yours!
